Best collagen supplement I've tried, and continue to use over the last 6 years. 60+ female, I've seen major improvement in joint, ligament and tendon issues from auto vs bike accident in 1999, plus noticeable improvement in skin appearance, and hair and nail growth! Sometimes I space out use of this product because it makes my nails grow so fast! My late father was given this product in the hospital after 2 knee replacements in his 70's, he noticed an overall improvement in his aches & pains. 10/10 recommend this product, only "negative" is the Mango flavor did not work for me, Cherry Flavor is fantastic!!!

Es muy efectivo, tr ayuda a conciliar el sueño y te reduce el dolor en laa articulaciones, hay que tomarlo meses seguido para ver los cambios, siendo constante notas los beneficios. Estas botellas duran mucho son algo caras pero valen lo que vale.
