This product contains active form of some of the Vitamin B. For example most other similar products contain Folate for B9, but this product contains l-methyl folate which is the active form of B9. This is a big plus for this product. I am very happy with this product and will keep buying it and would suggest all to always prefer to buy active forms of Vitamin B.

Adequate Benfotiamine with other key vitamins

This has happened not once or twice but I get headache always after taking this, just to be sure I stopped taking it for 3 days and I didn't get headache for 3 days then again when I took it, the headache was back again. Apart from this, I didn't see any other positive or negative effects. The company should make a supplement containing only benfotiamine with higher potency, around 300mg.

The efficacy will be known after use for one month This proved to be effective for the purpose it is made for .i.e.peripheral neuropathy.

All good. Just wish I had the choice of removing Chromium. Also please make a product contaning only benfotamine.
