## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the crystals a nice quality and has anyone had them fall out? Does the sides look high quality or do they wear easy?**
A: The case is really pretty in person. I bought it the end of September and none of the crystals have fallen out yet. The sides are shiny silver and of good quality. I dropped my phone once and the edge did scratch a little but the case provides nice protection g

**Q: Can someone please tell me what brands of wireless chargers they are using with this case? I have a Nanami from Amazon and it doesn’t charge mine.**
A: Hello,
We test all of our wireless charging compatible cases using our Case-Mate wireless chargers. I hope this helps.

**Q: What’s the difference in clear & tough clear?**
A: Hello, thank you for your question. Clear has a 10ft drop protection and has smooth sides. Tough Clear has ridges around the edge and has a 15ft drop protection. I hope this helps.

**Q: is this case for the iphone 13 pro max**
A: Hello, Yes, the case selected is for 13 Pro Max. You do have the option to change the size under the description if needed. I hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice case
*by A***E on 19 March 2022*

A lovely case but it’s a 12 Pro Max case that’s probably compatible with 13 Pro Max. Not specifically made for 13 Pro Max
