Obviously not “new “had been opened before at one time or another. You can tell by the packaging. This would not have been good if I was a collector. I’m not and wanted him to put up on my dash. My favorite Marvel movie/show .

The product arrived in good condition, but the box is slightly scratched. Definitely something to consider if it’s for collecting. The product was in the box without any kind of stopper, just free in the box.
