Depends on person if it's bitter. Great results.
Our bodies are ALL so different.My husband and I take this. And he says it's beyond bitter but he likes the results so he takes it. Me, I don't taste anything and I take with very little water. LolGreat product

Right amount per teaspoon (4grams)
I took a pic of the package as it was different from description photo. Serving size is 1 teaspoon =4 grams. That is what I wanted. The label in Amazon’s photo is wrong. I saw negative reviews about this and I think it was just the bad label.Too soon to see if it is helping my hair skin and nails. I take with vitamin C. Heard that helps it work. Yes it is bitter but I mix it with only a small amount of water and then drink fresh water as a chaser.

Helping me with my pain
This is my second purchase; I believe it is helping me with my pain in my knees and back. My hair is growing faster than normal. I was taking hair pills before I started using this didn’t see to much of a difference. I started taking this msm and vitamin C my hair is healthier and growing..
