Original Aeration Insoles (Hard) from Japan

I’ve needed this product for at least 20 years! Love the ‘hard’ version, but still seems slightly too soft for me. It they definitely help for breathability for air travel or working in an office. Also perfect for inside slippers at home if your feet easily get too hot and sweaty all year round. I’m about to order my second pair to use at home.

These are the first insoles that help keep your feet dry. Because of the way they are constructed, each step moves air. They keep your feet harder for rucking, and other activities. Make sure you put the grip side down. And you can remove and install them easily. Quality construction lasted longer than the shoe I put it in. Great product.

Air gaps are what keeps your feet warm. This is the only product I know that actually allows this. Other insoles with a fine mesh and thick foam insert just absorb moisture so not only do your feet and socks get damp and sweat, so do you insoles. This not only make my feet feel damp and hot, but it also sticks up my boots.With these, I feet stay warm and only the socks get damp from sweating. When I change out my socks, they don't soak up the moisture from the insole because there's very little to begin with.I wish I can get more stateside but it seems like these and the soft version are sold out.

Bought for use while working in warehouse, helps shoes stay in place as they are springy. Was hoping that this would prevent my need for spraying deodorant on my feet but this doesn't keep up to how bad my feet sweat, still helps but plastic grid is a plastic grid and will leave marks on feet.

My feet have always sweated badly, no matter what socks I wear, but these make a huge difference because they allow ventilation under your feet, yet are still very comfortable. The soft versions work, but not as well, & they don't last nearly as long. I replace the hard version roughly every 3 months, usually because they get clogged with lint & stop ventilating as well. I definitely recommend trying them for sweaty feet...

you have to cut them to fit. Very hard to cut. There are no lines on the actual insole so you have to cut them with a paper guide. So difficult to cut that I made a real mess out of one of them. Buying these were just a waste of money for me.

If you like the original mesh inserts that came with jungle boots back in the day, these are a modern version. They do allow for better ventilation around the foot. For work boots these are great. They need to be cut with heavier duty type shears, with the average pair of scissors it may be difficult.

They felt like firm cushions at first, kept my feet cooler and dryer. They collapsed after a few days and then felt like stepping on uncomfortable hard grids.
