Does what it's made to do!
I read some of the other reviews that where not so good. I personal think this cup holder does a great job at doing what it's made for hold my coffe cup or a bottle of water just fine!

Epic Fail
I have a Smart Buggy and tried a baby bottle, coffee mug, paper cup, a small water bottle, a large water bottle, an extra large soda cup. Nothing fits snuggly or well. I realize this is a New Zealand company...but are bottles and beverage containers THAT different from the US versions? What's not to like? Let me count the ways:- Too wide at the mouth, shaft not tall enough, too narrow at the bottom.- Also, because you never know what sort of incline your stroller will be on, this cup holder has a "self-leveling" feature which is just marketing lingo for "swings freely" on what is ostensibly a nail and therefore swings back and forth at the smallest push of the stroller. This causes whatever you put in the holder to swish/spill violently and/or fall completely out of the holder, due to the first comments about the physical dimensions of the holder.I wish:-This design had a snugger fit. Maybe a ultra thick neoprene padding that would allow for different size containers but also ensure a tighter grip on the container so it wouldn't jiggle so much. This could also do double time as a drink insulator.- A longer shaft or maybe a design with the t-bar removed at the bottom so taller drinks can sink down further and be held by a narrower top ring?- They would figure out some way to make the "self-leveling" action happen more slowly, so the container doesn't get jostled so hard and fast.Needless to say, I returned this cup holder, having also tried their other "thirsty" cup holder, which also had issues. I was so annoyed with both designs I called up Phil and Ted directly to voice my complaints. They check the comments on Amazon, among other sites and the NZ office also does weekly check-ins on their American product lines, so do make suggestions so they can provide us with better products in the future.

Interesting Concept, Poorly Executed
Although we love our new Phil&Teds Navigator (v2), this cup holder is not useful to us. It attached very easily to a knob on the side of the stroller, and is designed to be self-leveling by swinging in this knob as you walk. Great idea in theory, but unless the cup or bottle we are using fits the angled sides of the cup holder absolutely perfectly the drink will tip back and forth repeatedly, never finding level. I tried every water bottle we own, a few travel mugs, and a takeout coffee cup. None fit in such a way as to level the cup holder. My son lightly bumped into the stroller as he walked by, and my water bottle tumbled right out and knocked him on the shoulder. Time to re-think this feature, Phil&Teds!

Five Stars
It was perfect, fit the stroller perfectly and not bulky at all.

Works ok for extra drinks storage
Attach easily, but also detach easily. Not a very “secure” cup holder. But it’s a cup holder none the less and works for us.

Terrible!! Why Phil and Ted, why?!
This cup holder is terrible! I am so shocked bc I love our Phil and Ted double stroller. All cups fall over in this. The sides are slanted so it doesn't hold any cup well. I've had two cups fall over and I even wrapped fabric around them so make them more secure. Definitely disappointed!

Ok
Find this is no good for anything except cups - bottles (my main reason for buying it was for drinks bottles) just fall out due to wide neck every time I go over a bump. Also find it does get in way on the location p&t have set (e.g getting through doorways).

For BIG cups
I imagine this was made big to hold a variety of cups but it's way too big for regular sized cups. Probably fits a super sized drink or 711 Big Gulp. Easy fix is a knitted coffee sleeve or other thick material to keep the cup secure in the holder.
