Eliminated hand and leg cramps
Have been struggling with leg cramps and hand cramps. Using this has eliminated both within a few weeks of daily use and helped decrease muscle pain. . Highly recommend. Tastes very salty like most electrolytes. I add a dash of powdered drink flavoring to make it more palatable. No noticeable change in energy but the relief in muscle pain and cramps is worth the price in my opinion. Missed a few days and they cramps returned. Restarted and resolved quickly.

Excellent for extended fasts. I was previously struggling to get past 3 day fast due to low energy and feeling shaky but now it’s much easier and those symptoms have gone. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it has a pleasant taste but it’s perfectly palatable unlike some others I’ve tried. A little pricy but worth it for the positive effects and taste:
