00656 Add-On Storage Rack Accessory for HyLoft Model 625 and 651, Hammertone, 2-Pack

Getting our garage organized always seems to be a chore but the Hyloft storage systems help tremendously. We have owned two of the hyloft ceiling systems for several years and they have performed wonderfully. Recently we are updating the garage cabinets and shelving units but opted to keep the hyloft systems in place and actually add to them. This was one of the items we added and so glad we did!Installation is super easy - it takes only a minute or two and requires no tools. Just slip over the existing hyloft platform. We are storing a 16 foot ladder and have a bit of room left over for other items. Our garage has ample ceiling space so the hyloft plus this still provide plenty of space overhead - if you have smaller garage ceiling heights then be sure to measure in advance. Otherwise, terrific addition to a terrific product. Makes it easy to store cumbersome ladders or other extra long items without the need to struggle getting out or putting back into place.

This storage rack is very useful and can hold lots of different stuff. I didn't realize how large these storage racks are and they are extraordinarily sturdy. I put a ladder, ironing board and step stool on them and there is still plenty of room for more stuff. One thing to keep in mind before purchasing this add on is they do hang pretty low so if you are installing the actual storage racks in a space that doesn't have too much room below it (i.e. above a garage door) then you might not be able to use this item. Would definitely recommend this item and clears a lot of space for the large bulky items.

Works well and keeps my ladders, fishing rods, and lumber off the ground and out of the way.

We have had the Hyloft Storage Rack for years. So glad I found this accessory on Amazon. Easy to use, great storage idea. Highly recommend!

I wanted white, but my order got canceled, out of stock with NO idea when and if they will ever be in again. They were twice as much anyway. Got these, will spray paint white soon.Used for non-Hyloft storage racks. Works better than the manufactures version in size. But does "pull" down on the wires of the racks. Not this products fault, it's the racks.

I moved into a new house and didn't want to go through the hassle of purchasing a storage unit that had to be approved by the homeowners association, not to mention expensive. I purchased hyloft overhead shelving and the add-on-storage rack and am thrilled and amazed at the difference it has made with being able to store items off the ground in a neat and organized manner. I would definitely purchase this item again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive alternative to outdoor storage units!!!

Put to raised shelving units up in garage and used add on racks for 2 ladders. I have a large pick up truck and these just fit over the bed of the truck and work great for storing the ladders and extra wood. Ladders and wood easy to slide out without getting hung up!! They are sturdy (my 14 y/o nephew was doing chin ups on them) and make the garage look much cleaner and allow you to use all space in garage.

These are great for adding a small shelf for putting things like Fishing rods, outdoor folding chairs or other long narrow items. Would work well to organize board stock too. They are easier to put on when there is nothing on the shelf above them. Same great quality of the lofts.
