I use these when I am in bed and my throat gets clogged. I don't want a full-sized cough drop because it takes too long to disolve. They are small, so disolve quicker. But seem to work for whatever is wrong with my throat at night.

I get really bad throat itching in the middle of the night. I was getting a regular cough drop out, sucking on it for a while and then wrapping it back up, so that I wouldn’t choke on it. Loved packing one in my gum and going back to sleep, but that is so dangerous. Now I keep these little guys in my bedside table drawer and have the perfect size to use during a itchy coughing fit.
