This little fountain is very cute. Nice trickling water sound we wanted for our deck. The assembly is quite easy and has a nice large hole to put water in it. It’s heavy with water in it though, so I’d have it in place before you add water. Ordered some algae fountain stuff to add to it weekly so the water doesn’t get dirty as easily. Looks great at night with the LED lights. We never turn it off, as the instructions recommend not to turn it on and off repeatedly. All the electrical parts, along with the pump obviously, sit immersed inside the water basin, so make sure the seals are nice and tight, as the instructions say. It will be interesting to see how long those gasket seals last being constantly in the water. You will have to connect the power supply to the lights yourself, and they connect via a threaded connector with a plastic gasket seal. All around easy set up and the instructions are easy to follow. My only gripe is that even with the pump flow turned down to the lowest setting (pump flow is adjustable), a minuscule amount of water still splashes out as the water pours from the higher bowls to the lower one. Not nearly as much as with the pump flow on maximum, though. I anticipate possibly having to add water at some point. Then again, rain water could fall in it too. I would recommend this product if you want a nice decorative fountain for your backyard or patio.

The media could not be loaded. Love EVERYTHING about this fountain! I love the SIZE of this fountain, it's not too small or too large, it nestles in to my small garden island perfectly. I especially love the SOUND of this fountain, it's loud enough to easily hear it from my deck but not so loud that it gets obnoxious and distracts from conversations! The LOOK of the piece is lovely, it looks exactly like glazed pottery, but it's not, it's lightweight material and easy to handle. I love the warm LIGHTS in the center of each tier, when the water is coming up through them it literally looks like three candle flames at night, wow, it's so pretty! I can't believe how impactful this little water feature has been on my backyard enjoyment. Even my husband says he loves it, and he not exactly the effusive type! We did notice initially that we were having to refill reservoir a bit too often, but after reading other helpful reviews we knew to 1. check that the item was sitting level so that water wasn't spilling out and 2. to adjust the setting on the pump to a lower setting and that was the solution. After adjusting that setting we've been enjoying our fountain for days without having to tap off reservoir. I LOVE this fountain, highly recommend! I took videos of it running so that, come winter, when everything is covered in white snow, I can look back at it and remember my back yard in summer... sigh!

Love this fountain, very attractive, lovely water sound. I read a lot of reviews about this fountain leaking before I purchased mine, but did it anyway. I too believed mine to be leaking when it arrived as it would run out of water so quickly, and there was always water dripping beneath my deck. However, after a thorough inspection, I discovered that there is a flaw in the design of some of the fountains, and I am guessing this may be the issue some others were having. The tip of the spouts on some fountains are not peaked sharp enough, this causes water to drip backwards and then down the exterior of the fountain, it was hard to notice. Once I discovered this, I tested my theory by rigging up a pointier spout with tape, and voila! No more leaks. I had already started a return on this one before I discovered it, and thankfully this was not a problem on my current one. The return and exchange process was flawless, absolutely Love this fountain now. Super light, lovely sound, and my hummingbirds love it!

The media could not be loaded. I love this little fountain. I have mine on my screened porch so it is not exposed to the elements. I’ve only had it a week or so though so I can’t speak for the long term use.I love that all three tiers have a light. The sound is perfect without having to add anything extra. It helps cover the sound of traffic we have near our house.It was a breeze to put together. I used distilled water as it suggested hoping to extend its life. I only paid $122 so I would be okay with getting a year or two out of it. 🤞

I bought this fountain two years ago. "Glazed Pots" is how it is described, but in reality it is painted resin and the manufacturer suggested a coating of UV protectant to preserve the color. So I gave it two coats- we live in Texas and the sun can be intense. I also placed it where it would only get the direct sunlight in the mornings.It worked almost until the 30 day return window passed, then more water ran over the edge than returned to the base, so pretty quickly there was not enough water to pump up through the top. I tried clearing the bottom bowl, but all that did was make the light stop working. Next I re-leveled every which way trying to keep the water in the lowest bowl, but with the flared design it just wasn't possible.I started a return, but Amazon wanted me to pay the return shipping by deducting $50 from the refund. I had purchased the extended warranty so I tried to file a claim through that. The insurance policy turned out to be worthless. The only way to file is online and every time I filled out the forms, it would error out and tell me to "try again later". For weeks I tried and never could get past the error.In the end, I gave up and decided it would be a non-functioning decoration in my little "Zen garden". Now, this is what it looks like after two years. So much for the UV protective coating. After taking this photo, I bagged it up and put it out with the trash.
