Streetwise Downtown Manhattan: Street Map of Downtown Manhattan, Ny Map – 1 Jan. 2010

The description and pictures of this map make it appear more informatable and bigger than it really is. A folding pocket size travel map is the description, suggesting that you get at least four or five pages of imformation, how wrong can it be all you get is one laminated sheet smaller than A4 folded in half and reqiuring a magnifying glass to read it. I am very disappionted to say the least to the point where I have gone out and bought one by the AA, people whom I can rely on.

For those of us who like to have an overall perspective of a city, as opposed to a tiny segment visible on an iPhone, this is great to carry with you as you navigate Manhattan.

I will be using this on my next rip to New York. This type is good because the print is fairly large and also I can just slip it into my pack without it getting all messed up.

Made good use of this sturdy map on a recent trip to NYC. The lamination helps keep it in good reading condition.

Small print hard to read when you are walking. Needs to be larger print. They should consider making one in large print for old people like me!

I ordered the NYC map, NYC downtown and NYC midtown maps to plan our honeymoon in a few weeks. The maps were delivered ahead of time and a great quality! They fit perfectly in a pocket or ladies hand-bag and are laminated to prevent creasing but are easily drawn onto to highlight sights around the city with a thin maker! Will use the same branded maps for other cities for future travels.
