This protein powder is surprisingly good. It’s creamy without the lumps and grittiness that many protein powders have. We have used both the vanilla and chocolate and both taste good, the chocolate being our favorite. Also, it is not overly sweet, and we do not like ones that are way to sweet. I use half milk, half water to mix it with and it still is creamy. Can be mixed with just water but doesn’t have the same amount of creaminess and texture but it is better with some kind of milk (any milk substitute will work). Important to note that it doesn’t mix with anything hot—it curdles or it cooks it like scrambled eggs. Overall, for taste and performance, I give it 5 stars. Price, as always, when it comes to protein powders, especially good ones, is expensive…which based on price and having 1 drink a day should last a month isn’t too bad.

I've tried many protein powders and FINALLY I found one that tastes great, mixes easily in a shaker cup or blender, tastes amazing with raspberries, strawberries or bananas!

This protein is quite clean; it has a mild flavor and isn't overly sweet. If you prefer it sweeter, you could add a little more stevia or monk fruit; for me, though, it's just right, as it doesn't cause bloating and feels quite light.

I've been using Ascent 100% Whey Protein Powder for a while now, and overall, I really like it. The taste is fantastic – the chocolate flavor is rich and doesn't have that artificial aftertaste you often find with other protein powders. I appreciate that it's gluten-free and doesn't contain artificial flavors or sweeteners, aligning with my preference for cleaner ingredients. However, I was quite disappointed to discover that the chocolate flavor contains soy. As someone who tries to avoid soy in my diet, I was really hoping this product would be completely free of it, especially given the "clean" ingredient profile advertised. While it's my oversight for not checking the ingredients more thoroughly before purchasing, I wanted to highlight this for others who might also be trying to avoid soy. Especially because some of their other flavors ARE soy free. Despite the soy content in the chocolate, the quality and taste are still top-notch. If soy isn't a concern for you, I highly recommend this protein powder. If it is, you might want to explore their other flavors or carefully check the ingredient list before committing.

The best protein powder. Digests quickly and tastes amazing. I usually blend with milk, and frozen bananas or blueberries and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake.

I love love love this product now if you have an aversion to soy I would not take it, it is listed in the other ingredients as allergen for soy but other than that it has a great flavor great protein intake.

Unfortunately my package arrived opened. The actual package was open and the powder. This is incredibly frustrating as I live in Australia and it is going to cost $40 to return to the US.

There were patches of red colour liquid stains all over the item. The red liquid is hard to wash and and has stain my hands and furniture
