Easy to use and strong steam
Great for keeping my floors clean and with all the accessories included I have been able to clean the kitchen, bathroom and even behind the radiators! Will be starting on the windows soon 😊 love the powerful steam.

Received a faulty steamer
A bit difficult to work it out how to remove the top and the rest , need to look in you tubeAs soon I unpacked I knew it was in use , all good but went to attack the hose tools it out and the thing fall apart

Excellent for general cleaning
Very pleased overall. Tougher grout cleaning bristles would be a good improvement; Lugs on small cleaning pad too fragile and have broken off. Budget for a new set of accessories in due course. Otherwise very effective.

Great accessories for versatile steam cleaning
Lightweight and easy to steam clean everywhere with so many accessories included. Am very happy with the results and it looks good too!

Could buy cheaper & get the same job.
Really made we'll, sturdy. But performance is only OK. As for carpet cleaning it's not great, very very hard to push glider over a normal carpet. Cheap thin carpet would work better. For the price is not as good as expected.
