I can’t say enough good things about this brand and this particular product. My 4 year old twins are extremely picky eaters. Because of this, their diet is severely limited and filled with lots of processed h healthy junk, I hate to admit. One of my twins is autistic. My twins were known for getting sick every other week, having difficulty with bowel movements due to limited diet, and were poor eaters. Since starting these, my kids haven’t been sick for the longest stretch of time ever now. I’m not exaggerating when I say they were sick every other week. This, hands down, has been truly life changing for their immunity.They used to have to take miralax for constipation due to restrictions in diet. No more! They are more regular now than they’ve ever been. As far as appetite, it has increased, and they seem less picky and more willing to accept a variety of food. The fact that these sticks are colorless and flavorless is huge for my daughter with ASD.These are good quality pre and probiotics…not like the other crap out there they sell for kids with garbage fillers in it. It blends well and works better than the others that I’ve tried. It’s less expensive online than in stores. If you want to try 1 packet Whole Foods carries single packets as well as boxed. It’s amazing for tummy troubles.

Some people wish to win a lifetime supply of energy drinks or pizza or something - I wish I could win a lifetime supply of these pro/prebiotic powder packs!! I love that these have a ton of strains rather than a lot of two or three strains - your gut has a ton of different bacteria, why shouldn't your probiotic supplement? I specifically bought these over other brands because of the strain variety & also the potency - 15 billion CFUs. The recommendation is to take 10 billion CFUs, so even if your stomach acid kills off a ton you're still hitting your recommendation.Even though these say 'flavorless,' I wasn't expecting them to be. But they are! Flavorless & they dissolve well -- I've even added them to my husband's water without him knowing!Most importantly, these really work. I suffer from Crohn's disease and have been struggling lately with some serious bloating -- I looked 6 months pregnant at one point just from bloat. For three days I took 1 pouch a day, and my bloating went completely away! After that three-day jump start I cut back to one pouch every couple of days, which seems to be enough since these are pretty strong + bio-available. I can't say 'scientifically' that these helped my Crohn's disease, but they certainly didn't hurt. I felt so much healthier after just a few days of taking these, and I can tell when it has been a while and I need to have another pouch.
