easy replacement bracket
Perfect fit for the job I needed it to complete. I purchased this to fit my portable unit into a casement window. Trimming this bracket down to the correct width (tall) for my casement window was no issue at all. I did have to drill new holes for the pin to hold the expansion as the window for use is a casement window, but the bracket is strong and cuts well. I used a skillsaw and the plastic cuts cleanly.

Easy to use
Very easy to use... would like if they offered a longer part option. I needed to fit a piece of wood for the area the part didn't reach.

Needs better description of measurements.
Two problems with the Product Description - 1) it needs to identify the size of the oval hole in the window bracket. This one is 7 7/8" wide x 2 7/16" high. The window vent that came with my Delonghi Pinguino PAC 03 U is 5 5/8" wide x 1 7/8 high. 2) Accounting for the vent hole, the minimum window width this will fit is 29 7/8”. That is, unless you cut one of the pieces shorter. Each of the two bracket pieces measures 19 7/8”. Otherwise, seems to be decent quality.
