Works well and saves you $$$
So-- when you buy a bicycle at one of those big discount stores, PLEASE look at the wheels and see if they are straight? Just hold the bicycle up and spin the while while looking at it from the edge and see if it all tracks straight. If not, you need one of these. It can be expensive to "true" a wheel. But it's easy. If you need to use this tool and you have to adjust a wheel, turn the spokes counter-clockwise to lossen them on the side you are moving away from and then tighten them on the other side the same number of closest spoke(s) the same amount of turns (or you could get the wheel out of round). DO NOT go more than 1 or 2 turns at a time, it makes a big difference. If your tire is mostly straight but you have a single section that is skewed, you can put masking tape on the tire where that section begins and ends to help you find adjust only the necessary area. SMALL increments. SMALL.

Great product. You get two tools for the price of one. Which completely sped up my work. Argued with a rear mountain bike tire for two weeks before I peeled open the wallet and bought these. And finished in one day after receiving them. Replacing the spokes and truing a tire ain't even easy, especially if you've never done it, and these little gem's took what would have been maybe another off and on 2 week's, and turned the job into one afternoon. I'd recommend you buy these if you want a solidly made product that won't round out after using them. And for the price, why bother with others...

Great product, the free wrench is garbage.
The actual circular wrench is excellent and in good form. The knurling helps with the grip on the tool steel and it's well machined.Subtracting a star for the additional wrench that was included. It's cheeply made with the grip arms cheeply soldered on the sides, as in they are falling off and I haven't used it yet.The rubberized coating on the additional wrench is already scuffed and the toilet area that contacts spokes is damaged. Thinking this was made with inferior or soft steel. This is out of the box, so it legitimately looks like it's already been used and abused.

Great tool for any bike owner
My 7 year old daughter was given a bike from our neighbors who had outgrown it. Unfortunately, the rear tire was a bit untrue. It took me a minute to figure out the frame wasn't truly bent but that the spokes were over tight in some spots. With this tool I was able to get the wheel pretty much back to perfect, at least able to be ridden. I probably would have to take it to a pro shop to get it perfectly true again.

Handy
This spoke tool is pretty useful, It allowed me to adjust the spokes on my tire and true it out effectively and efficiently. I mainly used the single spoke wrench but I did play with the multi spoke wrench and it did the job just as easily. It's not to big and will fit in a small bag for carrying on your rides. Good tool for the money

9H hardness evidently not hard enough for my needs.
I purchased this spoke wrench based on its advertised 9H hardness and customer reviews. I wish that this review was in concurrence, but I must candidly admit to a measure of disappointment when, midway into a size 14 wheel spoke adjustment, the wrench deformed and began rounding the corners of the spoke adjuster flats (see attached photo). I don't know if 9H isn't sufficient hardness for this tool, or if I somehow received one that was insufficiently hardened. I used only my hands to manipulate the wrench, not resorting to any sort of "cheater" that might amplify torque loads that exceed the wrench's design limits. While I have no doubt that in an ideal world of easy-to-turn spoke adjusters this wrench would have performed satisfactorily, it evidently was no match for the real-world stresses to which it was subjected today.
