Try it on apple slices, or spoon it right out of the jar for a nutty treat with a boost of protein. EASY TIP: All-natural nut butters are made without added stabilizers (such as hydrogenated oil) so the peanuts' natural oils will separate and float to the top of the jar. Just turn the jar upside-down for a while and it will be a lot easier to stir. The oil will rise to the bottom of the jar, leaving the solids at the top. This makes it much easier and less messy to stir! Remember that stirring is a small price to pay for a much higher quality food that also tastes far better. --- OUR STORY: Five years ago Head Nut, Jeff Malkoon had an idea to start PB Americano while backpacking in South America. After weeks of eating plain peanut butter on the trail, he realized there was a lack of excitement with traditional peanut butter flavors. He came home and immediately started experimenting with new peanut butter flavors. After testing his flavorful creations he knew options were a must and decided to launch PB Americano. We are thrilled to have some amazing flavors to spice up your peanut butter experience. While in Uruguay Jeff lent a hand by building emergency homes in the suburbs of Montevideo. Jeff knew that he'd like to continue helping in the betterment of local communities so he created a plan to give back. Today PB Americano has donated more than $10,000 in charitable contributions including, emergency housing for over twenty families with our Fund for Americas Initiative.
