Perfect for home office, light use
Nice basic All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer [Print,Copy,Scanner) in the color black. This Cannon Inkjet Printer is quite a nice deal. You receive full ink cartridges in both black and one of all together of the colors. It’s nice that you don’t have to input all the colors separately. It’s easy to set up and install the ink cartridges and hook up through your WI-FI and be printing within a couple of minutes. It prints 10 pages per minute and is not noisy or bothersome. Both the black ink and colored inks print out nice and bright. You can use regular inkjet copy paper or any copy paper brand of your choice. You can also print out on card stock or label sheets. It comes with an instruction manual and you can always go online to the Cannon Website and put in your specific model number and other specific information they may ask for to identify your printer and look up any questions you may have there. Being this is so basic and quite handy I am of the opinion you won’t really have any questions. I feel this is a great buy for the casual home owner but not for a high volume business that makes hundreds to thousands of copies a day.

Cost efficient, good, and functional printer.
Easy to set up and multifunctional! The wireless setup is so convenient and I like that I can print straight from my phone. They have an app you can download as well which is helpful to order ink and troubleshoot. I have had no issues and it works great. This was a cost efficient printer that I would recommend.

Horrible - don't waste your time
Usually I don't have time to write a review on a sub-par product. But this product is so bad I feel compelled to warn others. The first issue is the paper tray. The tray can only hold about 1/4in of printer paper. This means you'll be filling the tray pretty often. That may not be a big deal, but the tray design is also deeply flawed. The tray is flimsy and comes from Canon with a plastic cover portion that prevents the tray from closing flush. Closing flush is the position that the Canon setup guide shows you need to be in when you are printing. Teh plastic cover portion is also supposed to be afixed per the illustrations on the paper tray itself. The plastic cover portion needs to be removed to feed paper, which conflicts with the Canon guide photos and instructions. I never got paper to feed with the guide in place so I set it aside. I do not know how long an un-attached, plastic guide piece would have lasted in even a home office environment.Secondly, this printer jammed three times just trying to print its first test page. One of the jams involved the printer sucking up all of the 1/4in of printer paper the small tray would hold. I cleared three, separate jams, looked at the test page and then moved-on to the wireless connection which other reviewers here have described as "a snap", "easy" or "simple".After an hour of trying to get the printer to connect to my wireless network, I just decided to retun the thing. I tried teh wireless setup several times using Canon's setup software. I tried from the printer side entering the WiFi password via the printer's (very hard to read) 1in LCD screen. It got down to going through my old wire collection and looking for a USB wire that is not included by Canon. I finally gave up and decided to return. In review: the design is bad, the guide is contradictory and unhelpful, the plain old functioning is bad, and (despite giving it an hour of the college try) I never got the printer to connect to the wireless network. Look elsewhere.

Poorish Quality Control by Canon
The Canon PIXMA TS6420a All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer arrived in an unopened Canon Box.The Good: The printer prints flawlessly via wireless Wifi and makes perfect copies. The Canon Setup Software installed OK on my old Dell Laptop running Windows 10.The CSS got my old Dell to wirelessly connect and print on the Canon PIXMA TS6420a .The Bad: The rear paper feed tray was seemingly "sprung" (was on crooked and would not fully close). The CSS had to be manually downloaded from the Canon Website. No CD Disc included.More Bad: The CSS would not install on my newer Dell laptop running Windows 11.Worse: The ill-fitting Canon case blocked a printer cable from the new Dell from being inserted.Result: I returned the Canon PIXMA TS6420a, to Amazon.UPDATE: A simple adjustment allowed the printer data cable to be inserted. That allowed my Dell Wildows 11 laptop to print via the cable and my Dell Windows 10 laptop to print via WiFi. Because the print quality was so remarkably good I decided to keeo the Canon PIXMA TS6420a All-in-One Wireless Inkjet Printer
