Nice product to use and great quality but some times on max weight the body gets detached from the spring but it is easy to join it again.

It does not have symbols on the knob so turning the side increases or decreases the tension of spring

Semed good at first. Didnt use much. 1 week later i used it on full capacity, squeezing hard and it shattered into pieces all over room. Selling Poor quality for max profit by seller/manufacturer. Couldnt return back.

Ordered two same products from diff companies. This one is trash compared to the other one

Hola, el producto esta muy bien, se puede ajustar la dureza del muelle girando la rosca del frontal. La ha puesto a tope, que marca 60kg y cuestaucho cerrar la mano. Asi que abarca bastante rango de fuerza. Saludos

The adjustable resistance from 22 to 132 lbs is perfect for gradually increasing difficulty as your grip improves. One minor drawback is that the adjustment dial can be a bit stiff at times, and it might take a little effort to get it set exactly where you want. Also, some padding on the handles would’ve made longer sessions more comfortable. That said, it’s an effective and affordable tool for improving grip, forearm, and hand strength. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their grip training routine!
