I am glad I bought It.
I have made a few recipes so far out of this book. I like it better than her first just plain Keto cookbook because the recipes are simpler to make. I do notice though that she is from England and it shows in the way she cooks. I am a US Southern cook so I would love to see someone from Texas write a Keto cookbook making some good ole TexMex. LOL.

Although I've been an Amazon customer for years, this is my first review - YES, this book is worthy of one!I've made about 7 recipes so far, and they are ALL incredibly delicious, simple, and QUICK! Truly 30 minutes or less. As a working mom of 2 young children, this is of utmost importance. This book delivers!!

Easy, quick, and delicious recipes
I've tried several recipes from this book and they all taste great. First of all, I hate to cook. I'm not patient or particularly creative when it comes to cooking, but these meals are easy and I can use stuff I already have in my kitchen (no weird, freaky ingredients). If you are new to keto, give this a try. I'm sure once you make a few of the recipes, they will be in your monthly menu from now on.

KETO 101 WITH GREAT RECIPES
Fabulous interesting meals –– all very well balanced for near-perfect ketosis. Great to see all nutritional information including carbs, fat, protein and calories. I have not been hungry once on a 1000 cal Keto diet. And so far I have lost 26 lbs. in past two months.

Wonderful Recipes to Supplement the KetoDiet Way of Life
Love this book! I tried two recipes right away and both were great. The Cauliflower with cheese recipe and the guacamole recipes were both great. I am looking forward to trying many more.

Nothing new, returned book
Returning. As many other reviews have said, the recipes are not ‘ground-breaking’ or varied from what you can find on multiple other websites, blogs, social media, etc. Between Nom Nom Paleo, Skinny Taste, etc - I have plenty of recipes I can actually make ahead of time for faster meals with more variety. Would recommend either author (listed above) and their books.

I have been wanting to start the Keto diet for a while now but my biggest concern was how long can I put up with eggs 🍳 and bacon 🥓 ..... I didn’t know what else I could possibly eat..... NOT JUST EAT BUT ENJOY??This recipe book has helped me lose 8lbs within 2wks (mind you I cheated had birthday cake 🎂🍰 2xs in 1 week) I’m continuing to lose weight!You follow the recipes and you CAN’T FAIL EVEN IF YOU TRIED! The book is great in that each recipe macros ~ fat, carbs, protein percentages are stated at the bottom of the page so you don’t have to work out what’s what.... (which to me I find really complicated!) the author does the leg work for ya! (You can tell she been there and understands the average person’s struggle)I’ve posted a few pics of some of the meals I’ve made & they’ve been ridiculously DELICIOUS 😋 pancakes 🥞 fish 🐟 MAC & Cheese 🧀 (cauliflower) oh the list goes on and on..... I can’t seem to find my smoothie pics to add, but there are a few yummy smoothie recipes which you can have for breakfast or a snack!! Super pleased with this purchase 🎉💃🏾🎊👙👗Go ahead purchase this book and thank the author (and me later!) you won’t be disappointed 😘

OMG I LOVE THIS BOOK
OMG I LOVE THIS BOOK! I've made so many things from it. Non-Keto people compliment the meals and don't even realise they are part of my diet. The thirty minutes and under thing is essential for me as a busy single mum.

Not brilliant, not bad.
Some of the recipes in this book are fantastic, the Sloppy Joe recipe in particular is a firm favourite. Many of the recipes however ask for ingredients which just aren't so seasonally available in the UK! I'm a mother of 2 and an expert at food shopping! I'm not ignorant to what the ingredients are, they're just not so easily available. The measures are in cups instead of grams too so you need to convert quite a lot. Could be better.

a great number of mixed recipes for the experienced and the beginner she has a lovely choice in the book and the pictures are really exceptional too. You will not be disappointed with this book a great buy.

I've bought a lot of keto cookbooks and this is by far the best. A must have if you're trying the keto diet, it's perfect for tasty, easy to make, low carb meals.
