Q: Can you screw these in ?

No , they have mounting tape that does not adhere well to the rubber weather stripping around the window .I used a rubber shoe glue to adhere the trim pieces

These sill covers fit my 2014 Ram very well!

No I have not seen them in black. aren't the origonal ones black with black.

Solid. Normal automotive sticky tape. Installed easily and almost effortlessly. These are not plastic. I installed on a 2020 Ram 2500 crew cab.

They fit, but if you have rain guards or chrome pillars, then you will have to cut those to allow these to fit.
