I had the previous model to this, and loved it. But this model is much better! It holds more water, so don't have to fill so often. It has a switch to adjust water level for dispensing, bonus. And it has a stop button, brill! So if you only want a small amount, you can just hit stop, and the water instantly stops. It takes about 50 seconds to boil a mug, and there was no funny tastes from the boiled water. Absolutely delighted with this model. And also the 4 slice toaster that came with it, as a bundle, for £5 more!! Bargain.
