This chair is of poor quality.If you lean back, it feels like 1) you can hear it creaking like it's going to break and 2) it feels like the chair will tip over.It is supposed to be a high back chair. It is not. I'm 5ft 11 and it comes half way up my back.The chair was supposed to come with a head rest. Mine did not. To be fair, it looked like it has already been partly assembled upon receipt, so someone probably 'lost' the headrest during the assembly process.I would definitely not recommend this chair for substantive office use.
