Not good in a cold climate.
These were purchased in September of 2022. Our buggy sits outs with a cover. Over the Christmas Holiday the temp was in the teens for several days. When we came back and uncovered our buggy the plastic mirror clamps were broken. If you store you vehicle outside I would recommend removing the clamps in extreme cold.

Does not fit ALL Polaris Rangers. You need to be inventive if you buy these.
The description on this item needs to include the statement that it will not fit the Polaris Ranger 900 XP. We have the Ranger 900XP Hunter Edition and the mounting on these mirrors will not wrap around the roof supports. My husband is a mechanic, therefore, with a lot of perseverance and ingenuity, he was able to mount the mirrors to the actual body. This gives us a full view of the sides and rear as well as the panoramic mirror inside the cab. The quality of these mirrors is very good with little to no distortion in the view, as with the panoramic mirrors. Thought about returning them, but there is nothing on the market for the Ranger 900 XP, so this is the next best thing.

Side view mirrors are OK
I mounted these on my '09 Polaris Ranger 700 EFI 4x4. I have a factory windshield and had some initial concern if the clamp would fit on the bar, since the windshield is also clamped onto the bar. Luckily, there was just enough clearance between the windshield and the roll bar for the mirror's clamp to fit. It did require my having to loosen the windshield mounting clamps quite a bit in order to get a big enough gap to slide the mirror mounting clamp into position.I didn't give this a higher rating do to the limited amount of alignment positioning designed into the mount. As such, I had to mount the mirrors at the very upper part of the roll bar in order to get a suitable viewing angle since I couldn't rotate the mirror into the correct position when mounted lower. This causes the mirror to be much farther away from the viewer and so makes the image smaller.

Not the best for a unit with a fixed OEM windshield.
They do attach very easily. However I have an OEM front windshield with a steel frame around it. The steel frame of the windshield prevents the mount from attaching where the mirror will seat in the proper position. They must sit in the indent of the mirror assembly to stay rigid. The indent is where the mirrors should sit until the break away is triggered by hitting something. I've tightened the break away spring as much as I feel that I can without breaking something. The mirrors don't stay in place as they should as they can't sit in the indent properly. They vibrate quite a bit while driving as well as swing in slightly. They look good and I can see well with them when they're not shaking. I believe they will probably work great as long as you don't have the steel windshield frame around the roll cage.

Great Product.
Although there have been some derogatory comments posted about these, I think a little understanding about how this stuff works is required. Yes, out of the box the mirror heads were a little floppy. After you install them, tighten the little hidden nut in the ball and socket that have a spring in them. Don't over tighten them so they don't break I have had them whacked by branches, trailer-ed at 70 MPH and through some pretty rough trails and I have never had to re-adjust. The mounting brackets hold tight, and I wish I could get just the mounts to install other stuff too.It IS possible that some buyers got defective products, I don't deny that, it happens. But the ones I got worked beyond expectations. Not to mention a great deal cheaper than than OEM stuff.

Defective hardware
A five star for the manufacturing EXCEPT for the threaded hardware. I had to spend an additional 10 dollars on hardware to replace defective screw hardware parts number 6 and 7 on the instruction sheet. The threaded hardware that holds the clamp to the roll bar and the same type of hardware that holds the mirror to the adjustment clamp is defective. The threaded through "tubes" I expect are the culprit as the threads on the screws do not match and appear to be way out of tolerance. Incredible!. So I'll score the plastic molding as a 5 and the threaded hardware as Zero and give Bad Dawg plastics a mid range of a generous 3. This is on my '13 Polaris RZR 800 trail.

Look good
These mirrors look good and are easily adjustable. I did have to do some slotting of the mounting holes to get the screws to go through on the bar mounting bracket and was unable to use the rubber liner included with the kit. My bars measured 1.75 so I'm not sure why I had an issue. I installed them on a 2014 Kawasaki Mule 610. I was easily able to properly position them to see behind me which would not have been possible without the intermediate adjustment piece that many other mirrors do not have.
