Stopped working - TWICE !
I bought this headset and was very happy with it. After about 2 weeks, the microphone stopped working - to the extent that Teams reported it as "Headphones - music". I asked customer services for advice and, eventually, they responded by sending me a replacement, the stereo "Vonztek" version. This was even BETTER than the "Earbay", much better sound quality. It was performing so well, I couldn't have been happier. For 2 weeks. Then, guess what, the mic stops working and it reports as "Headphones" in Windows and Teams will only use it as output, ignoring the mic. I have no idea what causes this to happen, but I can't be bothered with it anymore, I am going to put it down to experience and look for something better.

Waste of money
Bought it works fine with my phone but won't connect to other devices. Will bw sending it back and spending more on a qualtit product

Poor fit
The headset adjustment is not enough .The cable is too short .Very uncomfortable to wear .

Volume not very loud from ear piece, too quiet to hear properly when used as hands free in a vehicle
