I was looking for this product as a gummy and I didn’t read the product description correctly. This is a powder. It was not returnable so I tried it. It’s made a big difference with my workouts and my hydration. I don’t feel as sore from weight lifting. The flavor is light and tasty. I would recommend this!

This is mg absolute FAVORITE brand! These BCAAs are so stinkin’ good and they really help me get through all my workouts. It mixes effortlessly in my shaker bottle and doesn’t leave any after taste or gritty feel. I have very low blood pressure and I’m hypoglycemic so this keeps me right where I need to be all workout long!

The two main reasons I chose this BCAA product were the ingredients (loved that it contained glutamine, also love that it's caffeine-free) and the flavor (I LOVE sour candy, so the idea of a sour peach rings drink was very appealing to me!) The powder mixes easily and doesn't have a gritty mouthfeel which I find common with glutamine supplements. The flavor is NOT sour--not even remotely so. If you're expecting something comparable to your favorite sour gummi candies, you'll be let down. I was surprised to find that this actually tastes EXACTLY like HongYuan hard candies, the Guava flavor, that you get at most Asian restaurants after dining. Not a bad flavor, but not my favorite, either. I mix with 16 oz of cold water for a "milder" taste (and added hydration) and still find that it's quite strong. At $40 for a 30 serving tub, it's a little pricier than other BCAA products. If you're drinking it daily it adds up to almost $500/year. I probably won't be repurchasing this particular flavor, but I'll give the sour gummi worms flavor a try before moving onto another brand.

Great flavor, not too sweet or sour!

Don't do it. It's not sweet like Rocket Pops, its sour and metallic and it doesn't even mix in water, it floats on the top. I swear I just chugged some of this pre and immediately gagged after and had to swallow the vomit, its disgusting, and I won't be trying any new flavors. They say "If its not broken, don't fix it" and I should have just stuck with the other flavors I like. ITS SO BAD that I'm wasting my time writing a review because I would feel so horrible if you bought this flavor. I could type an essay on how bad It is but it's about to kick in soon and I gotta go hit back and bi's. So again, don't do it. please. pls. I'm sad that I have to deal with this flavor for the next few weeks XD this is crazy mane. idk who made this flavor, and I don't know who verified selling this flavor. that's crazy.
