Q: If using the pad twice daily for 40 mins morning & evening removing each time .. How Long will individual pads last ? . Mine loose the stickyness

I always just change mine after I disconnect the machine! I always feel they never sick right again.

Q: Why get this larger size over the 50mm x50mm smaller ones?

Less wires hanging from you for one, as I use two pads instead of the four. Battery last longer as well, as you are only using one wire. Well better than the smaller ones (but probably depends on the area's of pain you have)

Q: Can these be used with a revitive medic knee machine

If you use ONE at a time the yes. Otherwise the pulses may interfere with each other. Not an expert though, but it helps with my knee pain.
