Not velvet just lightly brushed
Not worth the money charged. Color is nice, its more of a lighter brushed cheap flannel- VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Cheap material
The padding keeps coming out of the bedsheet and always looks dirty, like dog hair. Removing it is impossible, it just keep coming. Not recomended!
