Good quality product

The quality is excellent, soft yet supportive and they hold their shape really well. My sleep has noticeably improved, and waking up without neck discomfort feels like a win. Delivery was quick and the packaging was neat. Totally worth it and would definitely recommend!

This pillow might feel decent for the first few days, giving a false impression of being “cloud-like” and supportive. That’s where the positives end. With regular use, it quickly becomes soft, saggy, and completely useless. The microfiber filling starts shifting and collecting to the sides, leaving the center flat and unsupported. It clearly feels like the pillow has insufficient filling to begin with. As a side sleeper, this is disastrous — there is zero head and neck support, and it fails miserably to align the head, neck, and shoulders. I am now facing severe difficulty sleeping and regular neck pain because this pillow collapses overnight. A pillow is supposed to maintain its shape and support — this one does neither. Side sleepers: NEVER buy this product. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve made and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I’m writing this review after 1.5 months of use . I bought the presidential pillows , 2 in mines which were for appx 2200 ( I think they get cheaper on sales) . They come in a vaccum sealed wrapping . First feel of the pillows was amazing . The fabric , the zip that expands them , all are very high quality I would recommend to open them and not use them for atleast 24 hours so that they expand completely. Pros - amazing quality , soft fabric , very soft , my neck pain that I’ve suffered for months and months has disappeared which was the main reason I bought these . Cons - I felt that the filling was lesser than it should be . My pillows did not expand to their max capacity , idk why . The size is a bit huge so I had to order the pillow covers for them too from their website . And after a month of use , I feel the fluffiness has reduced , the quality of product itself has not changed but the could feel has reduced . It has to do with the filling . And one minor thing , I did not like the packaging overall . Yes they came secure and vaccum sealed . But that’s it , I feel they should’ve given pillow cloth covers as well so that if on wants to store them , it’s easier . Since this is a premium product and we’re paying so much , that is the least things .

Very good pillow fluffy yet keep its shape supportive enough. Im someone who prefers large pillow. This is large enough to support neck yet soft enough to keep the head straight without lifting it. One less star for all synthetic materilas used. Inprefer organic materils such as latex and down wool etc. I hate memory goam too hot for me
