My dog is caughing for nearly 2 years now. After first 2 week caugh session I went to the vet with him. They diagnosed heart murmur but they said the caugh has nothing to do with the heart because it is too early stage of the murmur. Maybe it is allergy or maybe his throat is irritated by something. No answer and the caugh still there. Went to the vet in 6 months. Stronger heart murmur but caugh ignored again. After nearly 2 years I finally decided to push for tests and see what is wrong with my baby. They did x-ray, blood test and took him for one day observation. I found out that his trachea is narrowed and in his age - he is 8 there is really nothing that can be done. Heart is affected by low air stream not going through the trachea properly. We got heart pills but caugh was still there. I even bought human robitussin (natural), gave him honey and some organic throat syrups but nothing until I found this medicine. For me it was AMAZING. My dog stopped caughing almost completely. His throat is not constantly itritated beacuse of persistent caugh and he has better and more normal life. I could not believe how great this product was. It does not interfere with other pills because it is natural. My dog does not like the taste but he is very picky in everything. Buy this for trachea collapse or trachea narrowing - you will not regret.

I hope this works out better for your furbabies than it did mine.My poor 16 year old Maltese has progressively been dealing with a collapsing trachea for years. In the last month it’s gotten so much worse. Recent trip to the vet only resulted in a prescription that did nothing. So I broke and purchased this medication, which is quite expensive only for it to not work as well. I’ve been giving this to him as recommended for the last almost week and no results at all.

Pet Wellbeing is the only brand I use for supplements. They are out of Canada, and certified organic...their customer service folks are very knowledgeable. My geriatric girl cat passed at age 20?? - We had adopted her when she was about 8 or so years old. A few years ago when her kidney level escalated, several vets told me "she is just getting older" - well I found Pet WellBeing, researched the company, ordered the Kidney Gold, and within 3 weeks her blood work showed kidney level was within the "normal" range once again....I would have her blood work done every 6 months....you can actually give a drop or two more than the weight limit calls for...but seriously...the vets did not know what to say. I took the product in for them to see....Bottom line, I swear by this company. I have used most of their products for several years, and I am glad they are on Amazon Prime....I will be ordering everything through Amazon, fast, free delivery...What a good combination- Amazon and Pet Wellbeing.We just adopted a little girl cat, less than a year...Had her checked out by our vet, etc. Has a slight cough...so I am hoping this will help her along!By the way, I asked about the "natural bacon" flavoring, and it is a plant-based product, not to worry!

My dog has had a tracheal cough for a long time. He is on Hydrocodone, but to make that last longer and to just use the px on bad days, this actually really helps.We tried putting it in his food for prevention, but we found it is better just to administer it from the dropper when he has a cough attack. Sometimes it helps instantly for out dog, other times it takes a couple of minutes. This is actually our second purchase and we plan to keep using it.

I really hate to give a bad review for a pet wellness product, but I ordered this for my 17 year old dog with a collapsed trachea, based on the great reviews. Unfortunately, I can't say whether or not it works (in all honesty it may) because after trying it a few times, my dog refuses to go anywhere near it. My dog (who loves to eat and has never been picky before) literally runs away when I try to give it to her. I tried hiding it in her food that she loves with toppers etc. but she just won't touch it. So after trying it repeatedly for a few days unsuccessfully, I tried to return it, only to learn it isn't eligible. There seems to be no way to return it, or even complain about it (not good for a product that costs almost $50). I regularly use various other wellness products for her and have never had any issues before. Almost all others have some type of money back guarantee that if your pet doesn't like it or it doesn't work, they will refund your money. Unfortunately this doesn't. I really wanted it to work and had no issue with spending the money on her, and if they had simply offered a guarantee or a refund I would not have written this review. But the company really should stand behind its products.
