Beautiful. Great quality and easy install.

This looked great installed and was a fraction of the cost of other brands. But the customer service is what won me over. We had a problem where the shower handle connection was too far in the wall for the plate and handle to fit. We contacted Sumerain and they said they could customize a part from a photo for $20 plus shipping. So we paid it and realized it was going to take too long to receive from China. So we called a plumber to fix it. I contacted Sumerain to see if I could cancel the order now that we didn’t need the part anymore. I hoped to just get a partial refund, but they refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciated that since were remodeling a house and every penny counts. I would definitely buy this product again.

Shower faucet head and easy to use

The faucet and shower head were exactly what I was looking for to use in my new, fiberglas, shower stall. The simple design was perfect. I had the faucet and shower head professionally installed by a local plumber. Though all the photos show the handle ended up pointing downward the plumber installed it pointing up. However, it works just fine. The nice thing about its position is that you can see the hot/cold, red/blue icons on the handle clearly. I'm thinking about orienting the handle to the 3 o'clock position. That way you can see the hot /cold, red/blue icons upon entering the shower. Still debating that in my mind. Though my water pressure is not the greatest, the shower head works well, with water pouring out of all the holes. But, it does drip for a several minutes after being turned off. I guess it's because of the large head holds a good deal of water, especially since it's at a tilt. I would have loved the head to have been centered over the stall, pointing straight down. But, that would've involved having the plumber customize a pipe for it. So, it's okay how it is for now. I should've know that some of the parts were plastic [the escutcheon for the faucet handle and the head], but the important workings of the faucet appear to be brass/metal. Given that the shower stall will not be used very often [it's in my guest cabin], I expect this to last quite some time. Only time will tell...

These valves are junk; I installed them in two bathroom remodels and have had constant issues with failing cartridges, including one that failed twice. The low initial cost to purchase them has been entirely eclipsed by over $600 in plumber visits and repairs, which have resulted in me losing hot water access on two separate occasions—all because I tried to save a few dollars upfront. Compounding the problem is the company's customer service; instead of simply sending replacement parts, they repeatedly engage in email exchanges attempting to "diagnose" the problem and shift the blame to my plumbing, even though multiple professional plumbers have confirmed the defect is in their cartridges (a fact proven by one being fixed with a cartridge swap). I deeply regret this purchase, and it seems my only solution now is to rip out and replace these units with a more reliable brand, proving they are absolutely not worth the initial savings. :-(

This shower head has amazing water flow, something that is not easy to find anymore, especially in a rain shower type head. A shower under this spout is far superior to one under my Pf***** shower head that cost twice as much and didn't include the valve. The fact that it looks great is just a bonus to me. I would buy it over and over. My contractor installed it so I don't know about the ease of install, but he did it quickly and didn't complain, and it works perfectly.

But we will die a plumber to install it. This was a little more complicated than a normal faucet. Love the look and style.

These are beautiful - a nice shade of gold that contrasts perfectly with the matte black finish. The water dispersion is perfect and makes for a nice comfortable shower.

Price is excellent for what you get. Valve action is smooth, install is pretty easy for the DIY'er. That being said, patience is required when putting on the escutcheon ring, the large one. It's very thin, and doesn't seem to want to sit tight against the wall. Minor issue, caulking seals the gap, just one thing I wish was better. When I installed the shower head, I thought it would need to be tight against the arm, so only a line is visible where they join. Turns out, that deforms the flow regulator inside, so be aware of how tight you make this connection. If I ever redo a bathroom again, I would definitely consider this brand.
