I got the size 6-12m for my 10 month old. They looked big when I held it to her foot but when I put them on they fit. Her big toe was almost to the top you can tell in the pictures

If you are buying for a 6m old, don't get the 6-12. My sons feet are usually too big for 3-6m shoes so we got the 6-12. His feet were SWIMMING in these. Seriously, he could have warn them as flippers.However the material seems good and the velcro tp secure the shoes to ypur babies feet are very strong.
