Hearkent Talking Watches for Elderly Sets Itself Clear English Speaking

If you need a talking watch that literally sets itself, then this is the one for you. Also, one of the features I like about it, is that when it needs a replacement battery, it’s very simple to do. Simply undo the four screws at the back, lift back off carefully, and gently pull a sticker which will lift up the battery spring, tilt the watch slightly sideways, the battery will come out, and simply replace with a new one. Press down on the battery spring until it clicks into place, replace the back, and simply fit tighten the four screws. The reason I highlight the battery changing procedure so prominently in this review, is that one of the things that frustrates me, is that once a battery needs replacing on a talking watch, you then have to find a jeweller who will replace the battery. Most jewels these days don’t like touching or having to replace batteries on a talking watch. Manufacturers like this one need to start making it easier for consumers to replace their own watch batteries, rather than having to rely on jewellers. The numbers are clearly easy to read, the display is very clear, simply place the watch near a window, so it can receive the Radio signal. The watch will automatically update itself with the Radio signal at 3 am. The strap is very durable, and should fit most wrist sizes. Also think this is a great price for a talking watch.

This is absolutely brilliant for my partially sighted partner -he was struggling with his Apple Watch - to complicated for him now his sight is impaired but this is very straightforward to use simple to set up at new following delivery he is absolutely delighted with it I was a bit disappointed with the strap ( basic and not brilliant ) but he isn’t .

Exactly what I wanted, clear and easy to see with audible and clear voice messages when I want them. Very accurate as they can be linked to the national atomic clock. Smart looking, and I have had youth asking me where I got it.

Good watch and features but it’s not waterproof so if you’re buying for elderly person may not be ideal if they forget to take it off for showers etc

My Husband already has one of these watches, but he’s got a few scratches on the lens so I thought I’d treat him to another to wear for best, these watches are a lifeline for him as he is totally blind and also quite deaf and these are amazing he couldn’t be without one. Would highly recommend to anyone with a similar disability. This watch keeps perfect time and he would be totally lost without one.
