Such a clever design, works amazing as long as the water you use is hot enough, i filled up thr sink with water as hot as it could go and this didnt work. So i boiled the kettle, water into mug for only 5 seconds, as soon as you see the item start to shrink, remove and place the mould.Will happily buy again if needed, but seems great quality, even stonger than the retainers i hsd after braces (and more comfy!)Fantastic.

Got for my daughter as see is having problems with jaw but they are to large for her and compared with a set for my son who had prescription guards they are thicker they are basically a clear gun shield

I was looking to make teeth whitening trays with these. If you have boiling water in a cup and a cold one beside it should work well. Only dip the trays in the hot water for a couple seconds and keep touching them to see when it gets soft, take it out quickly and put it in Or else itll completely shrink up and it will be shriveled. Good thing they give you x2 of the top and bottom.

I've saved over £100. Work well to stop jaw clenching at night and added bonus of stopping snoring !.A little fiddly to mould to mouth shape but who cares when they save so much money

Better just buy proper ones cause these didn't work at all they didn't fit my mouth well and are hard to hold even when you put in boiling water. Wouldn't recommend
