OMG what can I say about this product that isn't just gushing compliments? It has been a literal game changer for my makeup in how it looks and lasts throughout the day. Primer is a MUST for any mature woman IMHO and after trying this product, I have found my go to. Literally a dab will do you around each part of your face. It creates a slightly tacky, but sheer, feather lite layer on your face for your makeup to grip to and grip it does. I love how you cannot tell you're wearing anything underneath or that makes you feel like you're layering. Price point is unmatched for the quality and amount of product here. ELF really has outdone itself with this. Cannot recommend enough!

I tried the e.l.f. Power Grip Primer and overall it does what it says in terms of helping makeup stick and last longer. It has a gel texture that goes on smoothly and then becomes very tacky on the skin, which really does help foundation hold in place throughout the day. Makeup definitely applies more evenly over it, and I noticed less separation around areas like the nose and cheeks after a few hours. It also works well with both light and medium coverage bases. That said, the texture is very sticky, which might not be for everyone. You can definitely feel it sitting on the skin before you apply foundation, and it stays slightly tacky even after blending makeup on top. It also isn’t the best for blurring pores or giving a smooth, filtered finish — it’s more about grip and longevity than skin-perfecting. Overall, it’s a solid budget primer if your main goal is making makeup last longer, but the texture takes some getting used to.

My daughter loved this primer. She said her makeup went on really good over it and it helped everything stay in place. For the price I really can’t complain at all since I’m the one footing the bill lol. e.l.f. has some surprisingly good products, or so she says.

I’ves used primers that I felt were unnecessary in my routine, so I decided to give this one a try and I really liked the results. It leaves a smooth finish on the skin like a smooth film on which I can start applying makeup. When I apply it, I feel like my makeup lasts longer. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Lo compre después de ver varias reseñas y compré esta versión pequeña para probarlo, lo utilizo con la base de maquillaje de Maybelline la Fit Me Matte y me a encantado la cobertura que obtengo con la base después del primer, además de que siento que dura mucha más, la consistencia no es pesada y se absorbe muy bien y no necesito una gran cantidad de producto, sin duda lo volvería a comprar.
