This is a good product and has enabled us to meet family outdoors safely during the pandemic. Delivery was very quick. It was quite difficult to put up requiring the strength and skill of at least 2 adults. The instructions were difficult to understand in places.

Amazing quality

I am not a rookie in DIY and have made many home projects but putting this awning together was extremely hard. Once we gotten to the final parts we have realised that some of the parts are broken. It also looked as if someone has already attempted to put this item together (scratches on brackets, chipped paint on parts). The marks and chips are not big but they will start rusting up very quickly. Besides no-one wants a brand new item with defectsDecided to return and now have to pay a courier fee for a 24kg heavy parcel. Shocking!

Item arrived earlier than expected but I had to wait the nice weather to fit it on the wall.There are a few issues with it.Firstly the size is 4x3 meters not 3,5x3 as described, which almost made me to return it but în the end I manage to squeez it in. When rolled the material creases and is also visible when unrolled.It took me a while to align it and now looks decent.

It not the easiest thing to install but I know a man who can...now it’s up we wouldn’t be without it...can be used used partially or fully out.
