Cruz Control: In Bad Company (Saint series) (Volume 6) Paperback – May 20, 2017

I am so touched and moved by Cruz Control! Erika and Cruz are definitely the perfect couple and its also great that the super sexy Saint Aknaten is in here as well, having me crack up at his darn jokes.Anyhow, Cruz finds himself smitten with the beautiful, curvaceous chef Erika. Cruz’s issue is that he just want to love and be loved. Sleeping with hookers, angel women like him and the like, has not fulfilled him at all in the past, but once he see Erika and takes a bite of her…desserts, he is caught and whipped before the word Go. Meanwhile he is on a mission to solve a case Aknaten put him on, which is interesting in itself.What I enjoy about this book is that the author, although she says it is a stand-alone from the Saint series- and that is true, she has kept the same vibe for each character through and through. Jagger and Lawrence, serve as important “props” at this point but their connection to Saint is there and their importance is no less diminished. Some scenes had me bursting at the seams! When Cruz and Saint start trash talkin’ each other- Watch Out!Another factor I liked is how Cruz is not only sexy, he is conflicted, a mystery and very important to the work. The sex scenes are fire as always(I have to mention it in every review, LOL)If I could give this book 10 stars, I would.Highly recommended.

Cruz, coming close to his Angel Child age of maturity of 35 years, felt a growing need to find what was missing in his life. After Saint helped him refind his soul, he had a rough adjustment period where he felt incomplete. Saint, being his mentor, he explained to Cruz that he would not find his complete power until he found his soulmate. Cruz, upon meeting Erika, knew that she was the one, he just had to convince her. Although reluctant and scared at first, she came to the realization that he was the one too. Finally, Cruz came into total control of his life with Erika by his side.I just love the way that Tiana writes, but I just love anything that has to do with Saint and his army of Angel Children. I am praying she will continue the series. Well done Tiana.

I don’t think I can articulate into words how the last Saint book left me feeling after reading it. So a while back when I saw Cruz Control I hesitated in reading it, because I didn’t think I could deal with Cruz having to deal with a whole bunch of termoil. However, this book was the complete opposite. I think I was drawn to this book the most even though it’s a standalone, because I could relate to Cruz. Him trying to find his place in this crazy place we call life. Being lonely, and so desperately wanting to find and have love. And once finding love blossoming into the wonderful potential we knew he could be. I related a lot to Erika too. Such a good mate for Cruz. I used to be in love with Jagger until Cruz came along😂. He just does it for me and I can’t wait to see his true potential come to light. Saint had me cracking up so hard about Tracy’s cooking😭😂😭😂. Tiana once again you have delivered. I cannot wait to see what you have in store for us in the Saint series. Thank you for your wonderful books😘

There is good and evil in us all. What happens when you let the “Good” rule your life? But is “good” really good? What changes will you go through? What doors will open? Who will enter your life? What effect will they have? Will your soul find its other half? Cruz Control answers these questions and many more, but also shows that evil still lurks within. Ms. Laveen does it again. She makes you evaluate your own inner good versus evil.

This was a great story as always Miss.Laveen takes you on a ride with suspense,supernatural aspects, conflicts,contrast,struggles,steamy hot chemistry and love making and most of all finding love. Cruz and Ericka were once of a kind in there adventure I just truly wished since she was taking this out of its anthology first state and bringing it to is on book form she would've extended the story a great deal more because I want to read so much more of the story and catch up with Saint and the others as well. UNLESS...your making an Cruz series,Hmmmmm... just hoping,anyways this was an awesome read to add to the Laveen collection!!

If anything you need to know, yes i did purchase this book twice, cause I didn't want to miss anything...Lol.... Tiana has a way of pulling you in and making you not only root for but damn near want to be in the book...Don't worry Ericka is safe but if I had one more chapter, yep! I would have asked for a re-write and change of name. Alpha men need to be written with purpose, and honor, for if an Alpha has neither he will loose his queen, Tiana, has a way of writing Alpha with flaws and all, but they are exactlywhat our Queen needs, Cruz was no different. Cruz was written for those of us that know Saint has been taken, we have Another man to worship and his name is Cruz. Awesome Job Tiana, as always. Just in case you don't think i am serious....Buy this book, and see if Cruz will not make you fall in Love.

Every couple of months I check to see if Tiana has anything new out, because I stop whatever I have going on to read, what I know will be a five star book. She did not disappoint with this one. This was a little different in that it did not take as long to build up the romantic connection. I'm use to her taking her time...giving us step by step the process. It doesn't take from the story at all. It's just different for her. It may be because it is shorter than most of her books. Thank you Ms. Lavern. Just so you know...I notice that you don't pump out 2-3 books a year because you take the time to ensure every second we read is time WELL spent.

Thank you for Cruz's story. When he was first introduced I had no clue that he'd become so pivotal to this band of misfits we call 'Angel Children'. Shows how much I know lol. And I know you hinted that this might be the end of the series, but I'm going to hold out hope that it's not. Once again Tiana, you've proved that not only is love no joke, but also that it conquers. Cruz was a force far beyond recognition to all but Saint, and the ones who matter. Thank you again for his journey.

I absolutely loved the Saint series and Cruz Control was another sweet and spicy treat. Cruz was always one of my favorite characters from the series I liked his unique position and getting to see what path he's going on. I wonder if Tiana Laveen will be doing more on Saint and his soldiers or the Angel and Demon children. With such a wonderful and elaborate series one can only hope. Thank you Tiana Laveen for another fantastic tale.
