How many Ace 500 transmitter/receiver sets can be used simultaneously? I'm wanting to use 3 cameras at the same time with the same wireless setup.

I was told 6 That is 6 different transmitters and receivers.

For those who use this unit, how do you power the transmitter?

We typically power the trsnsmitter using the supplied ac adapter but we do also boer using the battery adapter plate and cannon rechargeable batteries.
