Works but needs some more info
The item worked as expected but a simple check list of things the devices needs would clear up any install issues. You definitely need to measure the resistance of the pot, make sure it is 1.04K Ohm or there about and de solder the laser to enable the motor. If the tolerances for the pot could be shared and the note of the de solder needed to be done it would make things fool proof.
