Union Jack mug Emma Bridgewater
I’ve bought a few Union Jack mugs from Emma Bridgewater before and the colors are bright. This one doesn’t quite match the others. The colors are more dull. It wasn’t noted as a seconds mug. I kept it, but a bit disappointed. First time I was less than what I expected.

I ordered two of these mugs and am wondering if they are seconds. The bottoms are rough and colors very muted-not as vibrant as they appear on the computer. Wondering if the quality is better when ordering off Etsy…

Arrived damaged
Base chipped. There were no chips in packaging, which was good. This suggests the item was not properly inspected before packing. Returned requesting replacement

Quality could be better
Fresh out the box, it looked scuffed and at the bottom someone clearly tested some colour... that also did not come off in the wash.I love these mugs, it's just a shame that this one is low-quality.
