Works well if you know what you're doing
This is a very bare-bones BMS with 3 main features as far as I can tell: - Low-voltage cutout at 2.8V/cell (5.6V total) - High-voltage cutout at 4.3V/cell (8.6V total) - Automatic cell balancing I can't speak as to whether there's any current limiting done by the module because 10 A is far beyond what my cells are rated for. What I *can* say is that it handles a charge/discharge current of 2 A without any issues. The high-voltage cutout is set a bit too high for my liking, but supplying the board with 8.4V will nicely circumvent that. I need some external circuitry anyways to limit the charge current, so this is trivial to add. I certainly would not connect this BMS to a higher voltage power supply, especially not one that does not limit current. Doing so, particularly with smaller cells, is asking for trouble. The cell balancing works a treat and keeps both cells within 10 mV of one another during both charging and discharging, and the low-voltage cutout also works well.

Dangerous waste of time.
Shorted battery and nearly caught fire. Wouldn't deliver more than a few amps in the few minutes it actually worked.

Funcionan a la primera
Los uso para recuperar baterías de móviles y aparatos estropeados, incluso baterías rescatadas de portátiles, las que aún funcionan. No dan ningún problema. Muy compactas.
