I'm going to use this inside- is the fabric scratchy?

I wouldnt say its soft but it wouldnt be super comfy fabric. Feels a little like canvas but slightly softer...i cant really describe the feel but sitting on it outside with shorts it does not scratch my skin or feel real rough. I sure hope this helps.
