Q: Are there any instructions? I can't see those photos on the phone

To be honest I don't remember if there was, or if I watched a video. But at the bottom of the silver trim on both sides of your radio is one screw. Remove and pull them each towards you and they pop out. then it's 2 screws and put it back together. Took maybe 5 minutes.

Q: Can this be installed on driver's side of center console.

The mount gives you the ability to mount anything you like there. Driver or passenger side.

Q: Can you get a second mount and have 2 phones?

We threw away the phone mount that came with it and put on 2 ram mounts and a 3rd to holt the ham radio face in our fj

Q: What size are the balls in the uni-joint?

Its really short like 3" length. Honestly the mount that came with is crap. I ended up fabricating my own by utilizing the molle slots.
