Got my first copy while in nurse practitioner school and wanted an updated version. It's a great resource because it covers a variety of illnesses. I work in a specialized field and so need guidance on treating other conditions on occasion.

Best concise internal medicine source I have ever used, I am an internal medicine trainee in the UK and this book is easy to understand and has everything one needs to ace the residency. There is a minor difference in guidelines between countries but overall great read.Please note international edition does not contain access to the ebook but the book itself is worth every penny.
