Iroshizuku Ink 50ml Bottles

This is a beautiful brown ink. It's dark, slightly on the cool side. It flows extremely well but dries quickly. It has very good behavior, without feathering or bleed-through even on ordinary paper. Amazon's price is very affordable, especially for the quantity and quality of this ink. Highly recommended!

Pilot iroshizuku inks are a staple in my small ink collection. I’ve traveled by plane with them and I have traveled into the desert wilderness and the bottles have held up perfectly. The ink is rich and has a depth in the color. I have this tsuki-yo inked in an Asvine V800. It is a joy to watch the ink hit flow to the paper and my thoughts appear on the page. Oye one of my new favorite inks. A+ as usual for a Pilot ink.

The ink is so good. It is thin and thick enough to write smoothly with minimal dips while using a dip pen. It was a pleasure to write with because the consistency was just right for my writing style. I was suspicious because the ink is more expensive directly from Pilot but this is very nice. The color is rich and looks exactly like the color teal. I may order another bottle directly from Pilot to compare; I am astounded at how premium this ink is.

I got a sample vial of this ink and liked it so much I bought a bottle. Nice, deep blue. Lays down a beautiful line of ink. Works well in fine and medium nibs. Very well behaved. No show through or feathering. Very easy to clean out of pen. Only wish it had some water resistant properties, alas, it has none. It is a relatively expensive ink, but not the most expensive out there. Tsuki-yo is the only Iroshizuku ink I have presently but I like this one alot. Recommend if you are looking for a dark blue.

Beautiful dark dark brown. Almost black. Works wonderfully in my Ellington and my Twisbi 580

I love Iroshizuku ink. There is nothing better. From my MB149 to my daily Platinum 3776, Iroshizuku is the best. My only complaint is that I wish Pilot made Iroshizuku cartridges for Platinum 3776 pens and the International standard cartridges. Although I enjoy piston and vac-loading pens at home, I always use cartridges at work (ink refills in expensive work clothing like suits is too-large for me), and it would be nice to use Iroshizuku ink everywhere.

First, I am by no means an ink connoisseur. This ink however, was recommended by one specifically for my beginner Lamy pen. I’m so glad he offered this guidance because I couldn’t be happier with the quality and appearance of this product. I also love the dense and beautifully designed bottle (which might seem irrelevant - until you’ve used it to fill up your pen) Highly recommend! ( Note: this ink is impermanent, I use it to sketch with a pen, then blend w/ a water brush for shadows/contour)

What's to like or dislike it's pen ink, omg the Ai is so asinine.

Utilizo esta tinta en mi LAMY UMBRA con un plumín EF. Es muy fluida y muestra un buen shading en papel Rhodia de 80gr. No tiene brillos ni purpurinas, pero hace un buen sombreado incluso con EF. Es una tinta seria pero con un toque diferente. Personalmente la utilizo para llevar un registro personal. Al ser oscura no cansa tanto como otras marrones más intensas y puedo escribir con ella durante mucho tiempo seguido sin que el color me aburra o me distraiga. La luz de una de las fotos es cálida, pero el papel Rhodia utilizado es blanco (no el clásico más amarillento). La otra foto es el mismo ejemplo pero con flash blanco.

Love using this ink. The colours are beautiful and the bottle just feels so lovely. I just wish I could write something that was worthy of the ink
