Nice quality
This is a really nice quality product. I have tried quite a few different types of l-lysine and this seemed to have good digestibility and absorption. I use when I have viral outbreaks and this seemed to help me heal faster.

Essential to keep Coldsores away
I have been using Lysine for coldsore prevention for 2/3 years now with great improvement. I cut trigger foods too, so onions & peanuts are totally off limits. Tomatoes not so much, but ate some over two weeks and was running out of Lysine. Coldsores returned inside my nose, and were very painful. Only took a couple of these and they dried out immediately. Highly recommend.
