No, this product does not fully cure and is better as a filler for skinned silicone projects like realistic facial prosthetics and masks. You may have better luck with dragon skin or ecoflex silicone. good luck!

Q: Can this be mixed with ecoflex 20 or 30 to give a softer skin feel for a silicone baby?

Mixing silicones isn’t the greatest idea - it’s more than just the shore scale or cure times. For skin, try eco50 and slacker in 100a:100b:50 slacker. (Maybe 100 slacker) Use a finishing powder / fumed silica to remove any tack as well as matte the finish. Don’t mix slacker with anything under eco 30 (my opinion) unless you really want the stickiness
