Love to have in the morning

This product is GREAT. I love it. It's supposed to gently help you have a healthy bowel movement. Ummm... I'm not sure about the gentle part, but it definitely helps you poop. You'll pretty much poop out everything you've ever eaten/ thought about eating/ dreamed of eating/ etc.I've always had issues with the cleaning pills/ laxatives because they were way too harsh for my body. Those pills gave me gut wrenching cramps to the point I thought I'd pass out. BUT THIS TEA IS THE ANSWER. I did experience some unease and slight cramping, but the cramps were manageable.The first time I drank the tea, 24 hours had passed and I hadn't gone so I drank a second cup the next day. 5 hours after the second cup. It. Went. Down. I'd advise to only drink one cup and let that work first. It may take a little longer for the first time.

Love this tea. I enjoy it during the day and evening. I add a bit of honey. It helps curb my caffeine habit.

I would've given a five star review but the box that the tea come in was in very poor condition.

Due to health issues, I have a constant problem with constipation. Just one cup of this, each day, assists me in a 'natural way' (no strain/pain).This tea has a pleasant taste and I drink it with a small amount of honey. I've been using it, for over a year, and have had NO side-effects from it's use. I recommend this to anyone with occasional or daily problems with constipation.Also, "Shopping" the Amazon site, I was able to find this product at a price that was a lot cheaper than my local health food store. I love ginger tea and it good for your tummy and I wanted to try a different kind other than ginger lemon.

This is good, does have the spice factor but it’s nicely complimented by the mango (which is not too strong- soft flavor). I am not a fan of ginger but stomach problems led me to seek helpful ingredients. So far enjoying this ginger tea 😊.

I am a coffee drinker - strong Italian. I dont drink tea, not regular nor herbal. But I saw this advertised and since I love mango and ginger I thought I'd give it a try. Its lovely. I am a convert - at least to this tea. Seems to come from Oregon so takes time to arrive and its not cheap. But having gambled on one box I have just bought another 3. haven't given up coffee but this tea has replaced 20% of my daily coffee intake.
