Is it leak proof? Like once the ice started melting does it start to seal through?

This bag absolutely leaks when packed with ice, despite the fact that all the manufacturer’s descriptions above say “100% leak proof”. Found that out after arriving at the beach and this back pack cooler, straps, bottom and the back seat of our car were all wet from the cooler leaking. We are returning ours today.

How many insulated compartments does it have? I want a backpack cooler that can store breastmilk separately.

It has only one cold compartment, but there are many practical pockets. From my browsing experience, Scothen cooler backpack has two compartments, hope this helps.

How do you register this product for the extended warranty?

extended warranty is not something i usually recommend. This backpack has been used every day for 3 months and is still awesome. Hope this helps:)
